Benefits of our water heaters
Our water heaters with TTAI heat exchanger as an external heating element have the properties of both a capacitive and instant flow water heaters at the same time. They are able to simultaneously cover the peak demand for hot water and provide continuous hot water supply in a volume significantly exceeding the capabilities of traditional water heaters.
Another advantage of our water heaters is the innovative mathematical model. It allows for selection of the optimal configuration for such a water heater (tank volume, size of the internal recirculation pump, heat exchanger, fittings, pipelines and track connections), taking into account all the aspects of the average daily water consumption schedule for each specific object. The optimal configuration allows to reduce not only the cost, but also the weight, as well as the dimensions of the water heater in comparison with the existing analogs and ensure a longer operation of the heater without maintenance.
It should be also noted that traditional storage water heaters with a built-in heating element have a significant drawback – due to their low heat transfer coefficient they are unable to generate enough power. Such water heaters are able to cover the peak demand for hot water, but need significant pauses in operation, during which they are not able to provide continuous hot water supply.
